Taylor Kilpatrick, M.S.W. Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

Taylor is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern with over 5 years of experience supporting teens and adults through life’s challenges. Grounded in her social work training, she uses a multifaceted, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach that considers each client within the context of their environment. Taylor provides a relaxed, judgment-free space where clients can explore complex emotions, gain clarity, and experience meaningful personal growth.

 

Her clinical focus includes supporting individuals navigating substance-use recovery, medical trauma, and chronic illness. Taylor has provided services across multiple Brevard County hospitals and within a community medical clinic, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional and systemic stressors clients face in medical settings. She has a heart for working with individuals who feel overlooked or silenced, creating an affirming and empowering therapeutic experience.

Kelly has supported couples, families, and individuals since 2010, helping them build stronger relationships and more fulfilling lives. She combines a strengths-based, personalized approach with warmth, clarity, and practical tools.

 

Specializing in relationship satisfaction, Kelly works with couples to reconnect, heal old wounds, and rebuild trust — including support after infidelity. She also helps single women navigate dating with confidence. As a certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator, she offers premarital counseling to help couples proactively address challenges and strengthen their foundation.

 

Kelly integrates faith-based support upon request, drawing from her leadership experience in care ministry and Christian education.

 

Her clinical background includes trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, school-based services, and adolescent foster care. Kelly’s empathy is shaped by her experiences as a military spouse, a parent of children on the autism spectrum, and an adult child of divorce. Trish is a compassionate therapist with over 9 years of experience helping children, teens, and their families navigate a variety of challenges, including trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, addictions, and behavioral concerns. After years of counseling children and adolescents, she expanded her expertise by working as a behavior therapist, providing early intervention services for children ages 1-3 with developmental delays.


Trish also specializes in supporting women ages 18 and older as they navigate the unique challenges and experiences of womanhood. Drawing on extensive training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, she provides a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore topics such as relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, reproductive health, anxiety, depression, and trauma

Evan was born and raised in South Florida. Evan has 9 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a human services setting. He earned his Master of Health Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Catawba College, and is a National Certified Counselor, NCC. Evan has experience working with adolescents and adults in the criminal justice system, Veterans, and clients with dual diagnosis of substance abuse and mental health.

 

Mr. Rojas uses a Strength-based person-centered approach implementing techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,  Mindfulness techniques and EMDR to help his clients be centered in the present moment and strive to get better every day. She earned her Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and successfully completed the national licensing exam for the Board of Marriage & Family Therapists.

Her training allows her to look at the systemic picture of a client's life and use evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients improve the quality of their lives. She works from a strength-based approach and uses treatment modalities such as solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, and collaborative models. She is Gottman trained to work with couples (Level 1 & 2). Sarah has 11 years of experience working in hospitals, emergency medicine, and medical research. Her experiences in the field led her to find her passion for mental health care. Making sure clients feel heard, seen, and safe in the therapeutic environment is her top priority. As a queer individual herself, she prides herself in providing a no judgement, gender affirming, and kink informed space where clients do not have to fear being over-pathologized.

 

Sarah focuses her practice working with people who struggle with (C)PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression for individuals, with a specialty in non-monogamous and queer individual and couples counseling. She practices from a trauma-informed perspective and enjoys educating her clients on the effects that past experiences can have on the brain and body. She uses EMDR to help her clients process their past and move forward with optimism and empowerment. 

 

Since she moved 4 times in her childhood and then 4 more times in her adulthood, she is also passionate about helping people of all ages who struggle with isolation and adjusting to new environments.

Lisa has  15  years of experience working with individuals in a human services setting. She has a passion for wellness counseling and supporting the whole body, mind, and soul. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults as well as adults and couples. Lisa is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.


Lisa practices from a trauma-informed cognitive-behavioral perspective, incorporating aspects of mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative therapy,  while placing an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. Lisa also offers nutritional coaching to her clients  who maybe struggling with their relationship with food, meal planning and preparation or lifestyle changes.


Lisa is also trained in ART(accelerated resolution therapy) which is similar to EMDR .  Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a unique approach to psychotherapy. ART is unique because the ART Therapist guides the client to replace the negative images in the mind that cause the symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief, phobia, and trauma with positive images.

 Neeley R. Hughey, Ph.D., LMHC, the founder of Coastal Wellness. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor , licensed in Florida and Virginia, with over 25 years of experience helping individuals overcome trauma and achieve personal growth.


Dr. Hughey specializes in trauma-informed care, particularly EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy & Internal Family Systems (IFS), and is an EMDRIA Consultant, providing advanced EMDR services and mentoring other clinicians. Her qualifications also include training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. She is certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional and has specialized training from the National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Center, highlighting her proficiency in working with complex trauma, PTSD, and challenges from high-stress environments.


Drawing from her personal experiences as a military spouse and 16-year career with the Department of Defense, Dr. Hughey offers a unique and compassionate perspective. She is particularly attuned to the needs of active-duty service members, veterans, military spouses, DoD civilians, contractors, and first responders, integrating cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of their unique pressures.
